Woven Garters by Tom Condé

A pair of garters woven with a very fine (62 strands for 2" of width) Irish, worsted spun yarn. The woven-in bead pattern is one of my own and is a version of a "snake" pattern seen on a lot of Great Lakes weavings. Natural dyes, indigo over a yellow, Logwood black.

Copy and photos supplied by Tom Condé of Condé Trading.
