Rifle by Dane Lund

I was turned on to this gun in RCA (#26) a couple of years ago by John Getz.  The more I looked, the more I liked it.  Then last year at the CLA show in Lexington, I got to see Brad Emigs bench copy, and I was smitten. So I got a nice piece of sugar maple, 48", 50 cal Getz barrel, hardware from Reeves Goehring, and a Chamber's Gunmaker's lock and went to work.

Hunting Pouch by George Kevil.

The powder horn is a creation of the Sibley's. The horn was made for myself personally, with a couple of my favorite quotes One, "In His grip", and the second, which is on the but plug, " In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king."
